- Not having s six pack doesn’t mean I don’t work out hard.
- Not being toned and lean doesn’t mean I don’t work out hard.
- Not feeling sore after every workout doesn’t mean I don’t work out hard.
- Eating something unhealthy is not the end of the world.
- I deserve to feel good about my body even though I’m not where I want to be yet.
- Change takes a lot of time and I will be patient with myself and my body.
- I promise to eat right, treat my body right, and nourish my soul right.
- I am always enough, even when I don’t feel like it.
